let me tell you this; the palace of versailles is officially the most gorgeous place i’ve ever been to. it’s so big and beautiful and overwhelming, i could barely handle it. even though it was incredibly crowded (we waited in line for over two hours?!? !??!) it was definitely worth it! the gardens, the art, the architecture, feeling like marie antoinette herself, it was amazing. and don’t even get me started on the hall of mirrors and on the large galleries. so so so beautiful. i really hope i go back there one day.
